10 years Golfclub Zillertal
A worthy anniversary.
For a decade, the Zillertal-Uderns Golf Club has been offering an incomparable experience in the middle of the picturesque Zillertal mountains. Over the past 10 years, not only have numerous rounds of golf been completed, but also unforgettable tournaments have been held, events have been celebrated and valuable friendships have been made.
During this time, the Zillertal-Uderns Golf Club has established itself as a place of the highest quality, both on its challenging 18-hole championship course with spacious practice facility as well as with the renowned PGA golf school and the award-winning cuisine in the clubhouse "Die Genusswerkstatt" as well as the adjacent 4- Star superior hotel “Sportresidenz Zillertal”.
Since 2016, the club has been a proud member of the renowned "The Leading Golf Courses of Austria", which underlines its fulfillment of over 100 quality criteria, checked by mystery players. A special thank you goes to the excellent and committed golf and hotel team, who do their best every day! Many thanks to all friends and supporters!
10 years Golfclub Zillertal
A worthy anniversary.
To mark the 10th anniversary of the Zillertal Golf Club, an exclusive anniversary tournament took place on April 12, 2024 under bright sunshine and a cloudless sky under the dress code "Green & White".
The two Olympic champions Stephan Eberharter and Leo Stock, golf club president Helmut Stock and numerous other guests of honor were pleased with the lush green and the top condition of the course, whose design and architecture offer a lot of variety and fun to play.
After the round, the Schultz family invited everyone to a festive dinner in the award-winning restaurant “Die Genusswerkstatt”. Host and golf club honorary president Heinz Schultz talked about the beginnings of the golf club and especially thanked the family, friends, fellow campaigners and the many employees: "The best company is worthless without its good, long-standing employees."
